Property Manager, Fareham

Mploy have an immediate requirement for an experienced Property Manager to join our client based in Fareham. You will be joining a highly successful brand and will be part of a welcoming and friendly team. This position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis The successful candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to: Overseeing the maintenance of the available properties and liaise with the Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of properties Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure maintenance is completed Routine Inspections Conduct the full check out process including deposit returns, closing of utility and council accounts, and making sure the property is ready for re-let to minimise voids Ensuring rental income increases are reflected on in house systems Receiving notices and liaising with agents to get vacant properties live in a timely manner for re let, chasing for feedback & updates Updating the vacant & rental prediction reports - ensure systems reflect the correct rental figures Purchasing and monitoring property insurance As the successful candidate with have the following skills and experience: Previous Property Management experience essential (2 years minimum) Organisational skills Diary management Accuracy and attention to detail Awareness of property management processes and legislation Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to the role Based in Fareham salary on application + a fantastic benefits package.
