Enfranchisement Lawyer (In-House), Portsmouth

National property management and investment company (trading for over 30yrs) seeks in-house Property Solicitor (Min 3yrs PQE), CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to deal with residential Leasehold Enfranchisement (Collective Enfranchisement) and Lease Extensions work. You will be overseeing a busy caseload undertaking lease work on behalf of the firms UK based tenants. Candidates will require strong Enfranchisement / Lease Extension experience, have the ability to work without supervision and be comfortable dealing/speaking with clients. You will be fully supported by an experienced Legal Secretary / Assistant, very generous salary/profit share and bonus scheme is on offer OTE £75,000pa . Parking is available, working hours are Monday - Friday (9:15am-5:15pm)
