As a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meet all agreed SLAs, build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and cleaning equipment and chemicals, and follow health and safety requirements. You will undertake all required training, work within a team, and can work independently. Build positive working relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek continuous improvement.

• Ensure equipment is cleaned and well maintained.
• Maintain safe working order of equipment.
• Meet all agreed SLAs.
• Understand cleaning area and schedule.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in compliance with H&S.
• Complete all required training.
• Work within team and independently.
• Build positive working relationships with customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and improve service quality.

• Basic English communication and reading skills.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
