Material Provisions Coordinator Client : BAE Systems Location : Portsmouth Working Arrangements: Full Time on site Duration : 10 months Hourly Rate:£17.55ph PAYE We're looking for a Material Provisions Coordinator to join a busy operations team, ensuring materials and tooling are ready to support production delivery.This role is key to keeping work flowing– coordinating with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to make sure everything is in place for a smooth start. What you'll be doing: Ensuring all materials and tooling are ready and available for work orders Coordinating daily with supply chain&logistics teams Managing material kitting and enablement for production Resolving material/tooling issues quickly and effectively Supporting continuous improvement across planning and material processes Maintaining accurate data in ERP systems What we're looking for: Experience in materials coordination, planning, or production supportStrong problem-solving and organisational skills Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel Background in engineering, manufacturing, or ship repair (ideal) Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Great opportunity to play a hands-on role in keeping complex operations running efficiently.If interested, apply now or drop me a message for more info.
