Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Utilities Subcontractor Portsmouth, Hampshire£40,000 £50,000 + Benefits A Utilities Subcontractor based in Hampshire is looking to recruit an Assistant/ Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Previous NEC contract experience would be beneficial, however training and support can be provided for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive business with a strong pipeline of work and excellent long-term progression opportunities.The Role: Assisting with the commercial management of utility projects Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts Supporting subcontractor procurement and account management Cost reporting and forecasting Working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered within budgetAssisting with NEC contract administration and commercial processes Requirements: Previous experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction or utilities Strong communication and organisational skills Eagerness to learn and develop within the utilities sector NEC contract knowledge preferred but not essentialDegree qualified or equivalent preferred Salary&Package:£40,000 £50,000 depending on experience Pension Training and development on NEC contracts Excellent career progression opportunities If you're interested, please apply!
