Day Shift Assembly Operator – No Experience Needed, Portsmouth

Salary: GBP12.91 – GBP13.16 per hour—initially at GBP12.91 and increasing to GBP13.16 after 12 weeks on site.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to work in fast‑paced assembly roles on a day shift. This is a temporary, ongoing position for the right candidate. No prior experience is required, but you must be able to learn quickly, follow instruction, and have good dexterity skills.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8 am – 4:45 pm, Friday 8 am – 12 pm.

Responsibilities include operating tweezers, small machines, electronic screwdrivers or using hands as necessary, meeting hourly targets, and maintaining good hand‑eye coordination. Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, safety glasses and masks will be provided, and the role involves standing for extended periods.

All candidates must pass a drug screening test. This role is subject to a selection process and is limited to candidates who are legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
