Family Solicitor, Potters Bar

Family Law Solicitor required - Private. Based in Hertfordshire area with easy connections from North & North East London. Free Parking. Salary around £55,000 p.a. to £65,000 p.a. neg. Ideally full-time but happy to consider part-time or flexible hours.

• Dealing with all Private Family Law matters.
• Range of duties including but not limited to divorce, judicial separation, separation agreements, dissolution of civil partnerships, arrangements for children and finances, pre and post-nuptial agreements, protection from domestic violence and Schedule 1 Children Act applications, and cohabitation agreements.

• Experienced Family Law Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE dealing with Private Family Law matters. The role involves working closely with the Managing Partner with potential to take over some or all of her caseload and client base, including high net worth clients. Training and support offered.
