Not essential but desirable, all graduates considered) to support small groups of pupils with certain topic areas. *** All applicants are required to hold previous tuition experience/experience supporting pupils within secondary education *** Within this role you will be required to work with a number of pupils who require additional support within their studies by delivering targeted intervention to pupils who aren?t achieving their target grades. Both experienced teaching assistants and graduates looking to build upon their previous school based experience prior to applying for their PGCE are encouraged to apply for this role.
