Our client, an award winning and highly regarded firm of Solicitors, is seeking a Property Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their established yet expanding Property Team The firm prides themselves on their high-quality of work and focus on delivering exceptional service to their clients The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with ideally 1 year?s PQE or equivalent and have experience in handling both residential and commercial property conveyancing cases from inception to completion Key duties and responsibilities will include: * To undertake fee earning to a consistently high standard * To provide a positive contribution to the work of the department * Process instructions in accordance with established procedures of both best practice and the firm?s case control and management system * Effect financial controls for matters under supervision in conjunction with the Head of Department * Communicating with clients in person, over the phone and over email * Take charge of and responsibility for cases * Promote and support the firm?s core values This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well respected firm who support and values their Team
