The role will enable you to build your confidence with classroom and behaviour management without taking on the full responsibility of a class teacher role. Our client Secondary schools are located across Lancashire such as: Preston Blackpool Lytham St Anne's Longridge Leyland Chorley Blackburn WiganYour responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant will range from day to day and include the following: Working with identified pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis to help raise attainment in core subject areas Building strong working relationships with Teachers and other support staff to ensure the highest level of support is provided to pupils Planning lesson resources and materials Monitoring behaviour and keeping disruption to low levelsWould you like to further your experience with the opportunity of working as a Cover Supervisor?
