Home Manager - RGN or RMN, Preston

An exciting Nursing Home Manager opportunity to manage a luxury nursing home within beautiful, tranquil settings offering the highest standard of care to the residents. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage an excellent home which does require excellent knowledge of documentation, audits and training in order to improve standards within the home. About You: * You do not need to be a registered nurse however you will need significant experience of managing Older People?s homes * To deliver best practice in social care * To effectively manage the staff under your supervision along with the processes of the service * Previous managerial experience along with previously being registered with the CQC * Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards * Effective and pragmatic decision maker * Similar experience in a similar setting * Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills * A can do attitude with the flexibility to assist where necessary The role: * Very attractive salary with an excellent bonus scheme. Salary on offer up to £65,000 to £75,000 DOE, an exceptional bonus scheme * An opportunity to be a senior manager within the company leading the home and company forward offering excellent progression and further opportunities * Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, leading and motivating all staff within the home. * You will ensure quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered and the excellent reputation the company holds is maintained. * Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse * Currently managing a fully compliant nursing home * You will have proven leadership and communication skills and a keen eye for the finer details. * Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
