Residential Childcare Worker, Preston

SLF Recruitment are actively recruiting for Children and Young People Support Workers to join a well-established organisation within the Preston, Lancashire and surrounding areas. Experience working with children and young people with EBD is essential and a QCF Level 3 qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential. As a Children and Young People?s Support Worker you will be responsible for the physical and mental well-being of the service users, whilst having an understanding and non-judgemental attitude. You will work with children and young adults with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. Your duties will include providing a high standard of support to all services users, promoting and encouraging independent living and supporting and encouraging the Children and Young People to engage. Flexibility to work shift patterns is essential along with a full driving license.
