What you will do:

• Carry outspecialist occupational therapy assessmentsfor individuals withcomplex neurological conditions, includingstroke and acquired brain injury.
• Design and implementindividualised rehabilitation programmesaimed atimproving functional ability and independence.
• Work closely withmultidisciplinary teams, ensuringholistic care and coordinated treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress, reviewing and adapting therapy plans to achieveoptimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provideeducation, guidance, and supporttopatients, families, and caregivers, helping them achievelong-term rehabilitation goals.
