Senior QA Compliance Officer Based near Preston£40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits Permanent Russell Taylor are partnering with a leading UK manufacturing business to recruit a Senior QA Compliance Officer to join their Quality team based near Preston. The Role Reporting to the QA&Compliance Manager, you will ensure GMP compliance across quality systems, supporting deviation management, CAPA effectiveness, batch record review and change control processes. You will also be responsible for 2 direct reports. Key responsibilities: Review and assess deviations, incidents, complaints and change controlsSupport root cause investigations and CAPA effectiveness checks Review pharmaceutical batch records prior to release Conduct quality impact assessments Support vendor qualification and GMP compliance activities Compile and support Product Quality Review (PQR) reporting Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers on quality issuesAbout You Experience in a QA role within a GMP-regulated environment Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems Experience with deviations, investigations and CAPA processes Strong attention to detail and communication skills Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering disciplineWhat's on Offer£40,000 - £45,000 salary Excellent benefits package Permanent, full-time role Monday to Friday, days with early finish on Fridays Responsible for 2 direct reports A great opportunity for progression within a growing quality function Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
