Are you looking for a part time role, for 2 x shifts a week (1 x weekday 8am-4pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm)?
Would you love a rewarding role, supporting our young teenage client in his family home?
Join Active Care in the Home, and become part of a rewarding care team supporting our young client in Hullbridge.
This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to build a trusted connection with one individual and make a genuine difference in his life.
About the roleWe’re looking to recruit a Part Time Support Worker to care for our cheerful 17 year old male client in Hullbridge.
The client lives at home with his family. He has a warm personality and enjoys music, sensory toys, and spending time outdoors. He particularly loves musical instruments (the rainmaker is his favourite!) and enjoys going to school and getting out for days in the community.
The client has complex medical needs following a brain injury at birth which has resulted in cerebral palsy and quadriplegia. He communicates in his own unique way through sounds and behaviours, and with patience and consistency you will learn to understand what he enjoys and how he expresses himself.
The client requires a calm, attentive support worker who is confident supporting young people with complex health needs and who can provide safe, compassionate care in the family home.
