Senior Recruitment Consultant, Reading

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record to join them in their new offices in central Reading. Client Details Established nearly two decades ago, this company have a great foothold within the Nursing & Healthcare industry. They are a small but highly productive team and as a result have just won a number of large contracts to supply staff to healthcare over the next few years. This is a brand new role created to help assisted with the increasing workload. Description Whilst this is a 360 recruitment role and there will be targets set around new business, the majority of this role will consist of Account Management. You will be supported by a resourcer and will spend a large amount of your time briefing candidates, arranging interviews and managing offer processes to ensure that the right candidates are placed into roles. Profile Any sector recruitment experience will be considered, but coming from a healthcare and nursing background is ideal. You should have agency recruitment experience and a history of good billing. The key quality that the client is looking for is that you are able to build and maintain excellent relationships with your accounts (either ones passed to you or that you have won for the business).
