However, on average mortgage advisers are writing between £15k - £25k per month. ? CeMap qualified ? 2 years of previous advising experience within a Mortgage Services environment, preferably in a whole of market capacity ? a proven track record of consistent sales performance and business written ? capable of working effectively under pressure and in a target-orientated environment and should have a demonstrable history of exceeding targets. ? confidence in your ability to give compliant and quality mortgage and protection advice ? organised and able to structure your own day and proficient at following up clients you have previously spoken to. ? the ability to work high volumes of clients without compromising on your attention to detail.  In return the mortgage adviser will receive a lucrative earning potential through a competitive, uncapped commission structure and support with: ?
