Salary: £60 - £80 Contract Type: Full Time Contract Term: Permanent Protocol Educationare currently recruiting for a residential support worker to work with young male students aged between 10 - 21 years with challenging backgrounds. This school is situated in Bracknell and they are looking for someone that can promote positive experiences and progress for children and young people. The role: ·Full Time - Monday to Friday ·High standards of individualized care. ·To promote life skills with the children and young people. ·Located in Bracknell. The School: This is a small independent school offering secondary education and a leading provider of specialist care for young males with challenging backgrounds. They are located in Bracknell and cater for children of the ages 10 - 21 years. They deliver outstanding care and offer continued support for their pupils throughout. To be considered you must require the following: ·Positive and resilient attitude ·Meeting the emotional, physical and developmental needs of the children and young people ·To be able to act as a role model for the children and young people and show clear and consistent boundaries. ·Previous experience with youths and vulnerable children. ·Previous experience working 1:1 with a key child. ·Eligible to work in the UK. ·Valid DBS check.
