Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Reading

A Regional heavyweight in Reading require a commercial litigation solicitor with 2-4 years PQE. You will handle a wide range of commercial disputes and will act for corporate and individual clients in areas including warranty disputes, commercial contract disputes, professional negligence, regulatory and insolvency cases and consumer related issues. You will have a solid understanding of commercial litigation with experience in a broad range of disputes. You must have good communication and organisational skills, strong academics and will come from a firm with a strong reputation.
