Role: Home Care Registered Manager Location: Reading, Berkshire Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time Closing Date: 14th September 2020 Salary: £ 27,500 - £35,000 OTE Specific Hours: 40 hour per week Lupa Recruitment are looking for an exceptional person to take the lead in our clients new start-up homecare company and help establish them and create an Outstanding homecare service. Identify areas of opportunity to improve the development and profitability of the branch ? Ensure the service is delivering and promoting the highest quality of care ? Ensure the compliance and quality of the branches is met in line with CQC standards and legislation ? To ensure all policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively within the branch ?
