Trolley Collection & Customer Support Operative, Reading

Location:RG31

Pay:£12.71 per hour

• Shifts: 12:00/1PM to 9:30/10PM
• 8–8.5 hours per day
• 5 out of 7 days,primarily weekendswith 2 weekdays off
• 30-minute unpaid break (may be 2 x 30 mins for longer shifts)

We’re seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team at a busy retail site in Reading. This full-time role involves trolley collection and customer assistance, with potential for temp-to-perm (not guaranteed).

• Electric tug trolley collection(training provided; may take a few weeks)
• Manual trolley retrievalfrom multi-storey car park
• Yellow bag collectionfrom tills for reuse
• Customer assistance, including helping load items into vehicles

• Must be18+ years old
• Must hold avalid driving license
• Physically fit and comfortable withindoor/outdoor work
• Strongcustomer service skills
• Highly reliable – punctuality and consistency are key

• Must provide ownsafety boots
• High-vis vestsupplied by Wanzl
• Must weardark clothing(black or navy)

• Subsidised canteen
• Access tostaff roomwith microwave, fridge, and hot drinks
