Membership Sales Advisor – Reception & Customer Service (Placemaker)

Wokingham – Places Leisure is looking for a Reception and Sales colleague (internally known as a Placemaker) to join our team in a fun, lively environment.

Responsibilities

• Build personable and meaningful relationships with prospective and existing members.
• Multi‑task and manage daily operational tasks with strong execution and confidence.
• Advocate for the benefits of physical activity and contribute to our mission of creating active places and healthy people.
• Use sales tools and techniques as documented by Places Leisure membership management.
• Drive sales with a target‑driven focus.
• Deliver first‑class customer service and handle interactions in a friendly and professional manner, exceeding service standards.

Qualifications

• Proactive, self‑motivated, and organized.
• Previous experience in a sales and customer‑service environment is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in a fast‑paced customer‑facing role.
