We are looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker / Housekeeper to support an extra care scheme in Redditch. This is a temporary agency assignment focused mainly on cleaning and housekeeping duties within a residential care environment. Key Details Location: Redditch, B97 Hours: 20 hours per week (typically 4 hours per day, hours may vary)Contract Length: 12 weeks initially, with possible extension Pay Rate:£14.13 per hour Start Date: 18 May 2026 IR35 Status: Inside IR35 DBS: Enhanced DBS required Main Duties Cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard Sweeping, mopping, litter picking, and waste removalSupporting housekeeping and general site cleanliness Carrying out minor caretaking duties as required Reporting maintenance or health&safety concerns Assisting in keeping the environment safe, tidy, and welcoming for residents About You The ideal candidate will: Have previous cleaning, housekeeping, or caretaking experience Be dependable, organised, and able to work independently Have a positive attitude and good attention to detailBe comfortable working within a residential care setting Deliver excellent customer service and work well with residents and colleagues A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
