TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team across Redditch. Your responsibilities will include: Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings. Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. About the Role: Surveys are carried out on a asset management software- tablet devices will be provided. Carry out 5- 8 completed surveys per dayInduction provided -to use the software. Outside IR35 role Door knocking Properties can be slightly scattered Paid Per Survey -Houses, Flats, Blocks Additional requirements for the project: Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Happy to manage your own list with no pre-booked appointmentsAvailable to work full time on an ongoing basis This is a long-term, ongoing project, so were looking for a reliable surveyor Ideal Candidates: Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields. Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets). Experience in energy. Elmhurst accreditedFamiliarity with the HHSRS system Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
