Showroom Assistant, Betchworth

We are currently recruiting for the role of Showroom Assistant on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership based in Betchworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional seeking a versatile position within the motor trade sector that combines customer service, sales support, and front-of-house responsibilities. The Showroom Assistant role is ideal for individuals with industry experience who are eager to develop their career in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Benefits:

• Basic salary of £35,000 per annum, with an OTE potential of £40,000
• Supportive and friendly working environment

• Local role with no extensive travel required
• Monday to Friday working hours, with Saturdays on a rota basis

Duties of the Showroom Assistant:

• Greeting customers and visitors professionally and courteously
• Assisting with showroom sales activities and handling customer enquiries
• Supporting the front-of-house team with administrative and organisational tasks
• Providing excellent customer service to promote the dealership’s reputation as a Showroom Assistant
• Ensuring the showroom environment remains welcoming and presentable

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or motor trade role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, personable, and maintaining a professional manner
• Well-organised with a proactive approach to duties
• Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis
