About the Role

As our Content & Marketing Executive, you will play a key part in shaping how customers experience Sweetpea & Willow online. From crafting compelling product descriptions to supporting creative marketing campaigns, you’ll help ensure that every piece of content reflects our brand’s signature style: elegant, thoughtful, and beautifully curated.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, creative, and confident with both words, online merchandising/ product uploads and ideas. You’ll work closely with our creative, buying, socials, and e-commerce teams to keep our website and marketing channels fresh, inspiring, and aligned with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial & Content Creation

• Write and edit beautifully crafted product descriptions, brand stories, and collection copy in the Sweetpea & Willow tone of voice
• Upload and manage product content on the website with exceptional attention to detail
• Support the creation of blog posts, lookbooks, and editorial features
• Help maintain a consistent and inspiring brand voice across all platforms
• Ensure product listings are accurate, well-presented, SEO-friendly and visually appealing

As Part of a team - Marketing

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels
• Generate creative ideas to support seasonal launches, promotions, and brand collaborations
• Support social content planning and contribute ideas for engaging posts and stories
• Create & Manage CSV Spreadsheets
• Prioritise Tasks & Team’s Workload
• Raise & Monitor Fresh Desk Tickets
• Create Campaign Calendars (Update Monday.com)
• Liaise with New & Existing Suppliers
• Produce Newsletter Content (Retail, Trade & Press)
• Oversee & Sign-off Newsletters & Socials
• Clearance & eBay Uploads
• Manage 3rd party portals with our Image Library
• Manage & Create Content for the B2C & B2B Websites
• Use HTML to Update Webpages - not essential / desirable!
• Create, Populate & Sort Order Website Categories
• Create Blogs, Press Releases & Press Decks (WordPress)
• Write Google Ads
• Write Copy for Transactional Emails, Webpages, Print etc
• Source & Select Imagery for the Graphic Designer
• Update Fabrics for Bespoke Products
• Research & Propose Ideas with Brainstorming across the team

About You

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in marketing, content creation, editorial writing, or a similar role
• A natural, confident writer with a refined sense of tone and storytelling
• Exceptionally organised with a meticulous eye for detail / product uploading
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce environments
• Creative, proactive, and full of ideas
• Passionate about interiors, lifestyle, and beautiful design
• Comfortable working across departments and managing a varied workload
