Job Title– Electrical Engineer Location: Twickenham Salary: Based on Experience Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the delivery of electrical grid connections for renewable energy projects. The role will focus on supporting the successfuldesign and delivery of solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) connections across the UK.Key Responsibilities Deliver and support the engineering of grid connection projects for solar and BESS developments Work across all stages of project delivery, from planning and design through to execution and commissioning Liaise with relevant stakeholders involved in grid connection works and infrastructure deliveryEnsure compliance with UK electrical standards and distribution network requirements Provide technical input to support project feasibility, design optimisation, and delivery strategies Required Experience&Skills Strong background as an Electrical Engineer or qualified Electrician with experience in grid connection delivery Proven experience working on solar and/or BESS project connections within the UK Familiarity with working in or alongside organisations involved in electricity network connections and infrastructure deliverySolid understanding of UK distribution network requirements and grid connection processes Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems relevant to renewable energy projects TPBN1_UKTJ
