In your role as Cleaner you will ensure that equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when the work needs to be carried out and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with Health and Safety requirements. You will undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role, work within a team, and can work independently. You will build positive and productive relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

To be successful you need the ability to communicate and read basic English, a previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, and you must have a flexible approach. You should be open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
