CNC Sliding Head Machinist - We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sliding Head CNC Machinist to join a well-established precision engineering company due to continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with experience setting and operating Citizen sliding head machines to join a busy and modern manufacturing environment producing high-quality precision components.

CNC Sliding Head Machinist - The Role

• Setting and operating Citizen sliding head CNC machines
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment
• Working with a range of materials
• Supporting continuous improvement within the machining department

CNC Sliding Head Machinist - Requirements

• Previous experience with Citizen sliding head machines
• Strong setting and operating experience
• Ability to work from engineering drawings
• Experience working to tight tolerances
• Good understanding of quality inspection processes
• Positive and reliable attitude
