Production Supervisor We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis for a leading manufacturing company based inRingwood, Hampshire. Introduction The primary duties for the Production Supervisor will be tolead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of theelectro-mechanical assembly team to ensure safe, efficient, on-time and right-first-time production. The Production Supervisor will drive Lean manufacturing, effective planning, strong team performance, and continuous improvement across the assembly operations, ensuring standards for quality, delivery and productivity are consistently achieved.Responsibilities: The main responsibilities will focus around the following: People Leadership and Supervision Production Planning and Delivery Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Health&Safety Communications and Systems Ideal Skills&Experience Proven experience supervising a production/assembly team (ideally 1030 people) in a manufacturing environment. MRP/ERPsystems experience Good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow Ability to interpret engineering drawings andBOMstructures Strong organisational skills with attention to detailStrong leadership and communication skills, able to coach, influence and hold standards. Problem-solving mindset with ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
