A&H Creative Business Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our growing organisation. The successful candidate will lead our IT operations, ensure smooth system performance and support ongoing digital and technical projects across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily IT operations and technical support.
• Lead, plan, and coordinate implementation of new IT systems, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure network security, data protection, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain and update company hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with management to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Monitor system performance and generate improvement reports.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and licensing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Support ongoing projects and ensure successful digital transformation initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar senior IT role.
• Strong understanding of network management, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud platforms, data backup systems and IT automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT policies, compliance, and risk management.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field experience at least 3 year .
• Relevant certifications are an advantage.
