Team Leader (Manufacturing), Rotherham

Brewster Partners have an urgent requirement for an experienced Team Leader from a manufacturing environment to join an award winning business in Rotherham. This is a fixed term contract position until March 2021 with the opportunity to extend. The role is available immediately so we are looking for someone who can start straight away. The hours are 12-hour shifts on a 4-weekly rotating basis (which includes days, nights and some weekend shifts) - equating to 14 days off each 28-day cycle, including 7 days off in a row once every four weeks. THE JOB: You will oversee 20-25 colleagues in the production department. Provide feedback on operational issues and suggest improvements. Take health and safety seriously, ensuring workplace hygiene and cleanliness. THE PERSON: Experience of working as a team leader in a manufacturing environment (e.g. food production, plastics, textiles, fabrications, CNC, packaging). Experience managing others. Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with others.
