Interim Estates Surveyor, South Yorkshire

A public sector organisation based in South Yorkshire are currently seeking an experienced General Practice Surveyor. The role involve being a member of a property estates team delivering a comprehensive property management function in respect of the Council's diverse commercial and other let land and property portfolios and to contribute to the delivery and management of those Estates Management activities. Duties in the role Client and tenant communication/consultation Property management Rent review and lease renewal negotiations Acquisitions and disposals Valuations and marketing of vacant propertyContract The position will be for an initial 6-12 month contract and there has already been indication that an extension is possible. Due to Covid19, the role will initially be home based with a view to be in the office once social distancing has been lifted in line with government guidelines.
