Are you an experienced Beauty Tutor looking for a new challenge working for a growing prime contract holder? Or are you working in the Beauty sector and want to share your knowledge with others? As a Beauty Tutor in the Study Programme / Traineeship sector you will be required to teach and mentor students for the Beauty and Nail Sector in a classroom setting from entry level up to level 2. They would also look at the offering to a trainee who is looking to get into a teaching position. The role is covering training on a variety of areas from waxing, tinting, gel nails, nail overlays, eyelashes, and eyebrows along with other areas of the beauty industry. In return you will receive a salary up to £23,000 per annum + Mileage, 28 holidays + Stats. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities of the Beauty / Nail Tutor / Trainer: * Evaluate and modify training delivery because of learner satisfaction and key stakeholder feedback * Delivering Functional Skills in a classroom setting from entry level to level 2 * Complete the required number of visits and reviews required for each apprentice * Monitor and review learner issues on a regular basis, taking any necessary action to limit the number of early leavers from the programme * Work as part of the assessing team and give feedback and offer ideas and suggestions for improving team performance Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge: * Assessment processes and evidence capture * Level 2 or above in Beauty and Nails Qualifications * Knowledge of Government Funded training * Time Management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines * Ability to motivate and support learners * Relevant Teaching qualification or equivalent PGCE / CERT ED / PTTLS / DTTLS / CTTLS (Ideally) * Hold either D32 / D33 / A1 / TAQA (Ideally) * Functional Skills Level 2 Maths, English and ICT
