Payroll Manager, Rotherham

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our high-volume payroll operations at Omnia. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing for our contractors, maintain strong relationships with agencies, and drive continuous improvement across the payroll function. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end weekly/monthly payroll cycles Ensure PAYE, NI, pensions, holiday pay and statutory payments are processed accurately Maintain compliance with HMRC, RTI, IR35/off-payroll and umbrella industry standards Lead and support the payroll team, ensuring efficient workflows Provide expert support on payroll queries for contractors and agency partnersDeliver audits, reconciliations and process improvements About You Strong experience in UK PAYE payroll (umbrella or bureau preferred) Excellent understanding of HMRC rules, statutory payments, and umbrella payroll processes Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment CIPP qualification desirableExcellent communication and problem-solving skills If you're an organised, detail-driven payroll professional ready to take the lead in a growing umbrella business, wed love to hear from you TPBN1_UKTJ
