Residential Site Manager – Handover & Compliance Lead, Rotherham

Carbon60 is looking for an experienced Site Manager in Rotherham to oversee the handover of a new build residential housing project. The role requires managing site operations, ensuring compliance with NHBC and LABC standards, and coordinating subcontractors effectively.

The successful candidate must hold relevant certifications, a full UK driving licence, and have experience with housing handovers. This temporary position runs from 21st June to 28th August, with a pay rate of £280 per day CIS.
