Service Overview

We support residents at Lanchester Court in Rugby, a complex with 16 residents. The service offers supported living with a modern, comfortable and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred support to residents with a spectrum of needs, including mental health, physical disabilities, substance misuse, autism, brain injury, epilepsy, visual and hearing impairments, and learning disabilities.
• Help tenants maximise their wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support.
• Promote a positive quality of life and independence at every step, encouraging personal development and community engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Twelve months’ experience in a similar support role is essential.
• Will be paid on a weekly basis.
