Full license and car Preferred but not essential

In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in managing a varied property portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all properties under your care.

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Act as primary contact for landlords and tenants, handling queries swiftly and professionally
• Deal with property maintenance and repair requests
• Deal with tenant complaints and issues
• Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with current UK lettings legislation
• Ensure the property is legally compliant
• Handle evictions and process move-outs
• Maintain accurate records using property management software

• Excellent organisational skills, problem-solving and multitasking
• Knowledge of legislations for property management
• Experience with VECO, but not essential
