Group F&I Manager, 'Salford'

We are currently recruiting for this exciting new position for a Group F&I Manager for a Main Dealer Group in the North West This Group F&I Manager position is working for one of the most respected and reputable dealer groups in the area and will be controlling F&I for all of the groups' dealerships, across multiple brands. We require experienced motor trade F&I Managers to apply for this vacancy. Role: Working with the directors and senior management team, you will be responsible for the oversight of all the F&I compliance and output for the group. Working closely with each sites' Business/Transaction Managers, you will be responsible for the F&I performance of all their dealerships. You will look to achieve set financial budgets, remain compliant across each site and work within the current rules and regulations, whilst also driving performance. Within your remit you will also look to maintain and develop relations with brand and finance partners. Role Requirements: - Experience as a Group F&I Manager with a motor trade dealer group (willing to look at senior managers with a strong F&I background) - Superb coaching and man-management skills. - Full UK Driving Licence - This role will involve travel to individual sites. - Someone with strong work ethics, a people person and a good understanding of the role.
