Service Advisor Franchised Motor Dealership - Salisbury Our client is looking for a service advisor for its busy site in Salisbury to join the team. Salary: Basic£29,500 | OTE £35,000 This is a customer focused role. You will be providing a professional service to customers whilst their vehicle is with us, and tracking its progress through our workshops. Liaising with colleagues within the workshop and parts department. Providing customers with additionalwork requirements and costs. Scheduling and recording work whilst maintaining an efficient and courteous manner. In the Service Advisor role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing andregistering new cars.About you: You will be a team player with experience within a customers focused role preferably within the automotive or high-end industry but not essential. You will have a flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills.
