Cover Supervisor Location: Kidderminster Contract: Full‑time, long‑term Start Date: ASAP or September 2026 Paragon Education is recruiting a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school in Kidderminster.

You will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences.

• Supervising classes using pre‑prepared lesson materials
• Ensuring students remain on task and complete assigned work
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Providing guidance and support where appropriate
• Reporting back to teaching staff on pupil engagement and progress
• Supporting the wider school team when required

• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
