Mechanical Engineer – Building Services Maintenance

Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8 Hours Per Day
Contract Until December 2026

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a long-term project based in Porton Down near Salisbury.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, carrying out building services maintenance across the site.

Key Duties:

• • General building services maintenance

• • Plumbing maintenance and repairs

• • Toilet and tap repairs

• • Reactive maintenance including unblocking toilets when required

• • AHU (Air Handling Unit) maintenance

• • Pipework repairs

• • Steam system experience desirable

• • Previous experience within mechanical/building services maintenance

• • Strong plumbing and reactive maintenance background

• • AHU and steam experience highly desirable

• • DBS clearance preferred due to site security requirements
