NonStop Care is currently supporting one of our Local Authority clients in the West Midlands with the recruitment of a Locum Educational Psychologist for a long-term contract completing statutory EHCP assessment work.

This opportunity offers flexibility around remote and in-person working arrangements, alongside a stable and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Locum Educational Psychologist:

• Completing statutory psychological advice for EHCP assessments
• Conducting school visits, consultations and observations where required
• Producing high-quality psychological reports within agreed deadlines
• Liaising with schools, families and multidisciplinary professionals
• Managing your own workload and diary effectively

Requirements of the Locum Educational Psychologist:

• HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience within a Local Authority EP service
• Previous EHCP assessment experience
• Strong report writing and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
