Business Development Manager, West Midlands

- Proven track record in new business development within the built environment - Extensive experience in growing a customer base and driving sales - Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
Personal Requirements:

• Ideally background, knowledge and experience in the glass systems industry, including windows, bifold doors, and glazing systems
• Proven ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through client visits, network and trade events
• Strong understanding of the construction and housing or built environment sectors, with the ability to align technical requirements with estimating and project teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant industry experience in the construction or built environment / House building sectors
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a diverse network of clients and partners
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
