PERM Social Worker, West Midlands

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in West Midlands, are looking for Social Workers to work within the Assessment team on a PERMANENT basis.

Position: Social Worker
Rate: £36,363 to £40,777 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
  
Purpose:
Managing own caseload of vulnerable young people, delivering high quality assessment for best outcomes and supporting lesser experienced staff members. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct working with children and families, managing own caseloads.
- Achieve strong outcomes for young people through care proceeding and assessments.
-  Support less experienced staff in the team and contribute towards trainings and inductions
- Multi agency working, developing good relationships for individuals and their families.

Job Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England
- Recognised Social Work Qualification
