Family Support Worker - Foyle, Londonderry County Borough

We have an immediate start for a Family Support Worker to join our Family Support Team based in Derry/ Londonderry. In this role, You will support qualified Social Workers within the Family and Child Services team, assisting with the assessment and support of clients, including families and young children facing challenging circumstances. This position is ideal for someone currently studying social work or with a strong interest in pursuing a career in social work. Successful candidates must be NISCC registered and have a full driving licence valid for the UK with business insurance, and access to a car, as travel is essential. This is a temporary role with an immediate start, initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:00pm, with a pay rate of£14.06 per hour. What We Need From You Previous experience working in a school, childcare setting or care assistant for a minimum of 6 months with a Level 3 qualification ?
