FLT Counterbalance Forklift Driver, West Midlands

Location: Coventry, CV3

Position Type: Ongoing

Pay Rate: £15.36 per hour with paid breaks

Shift: Monday to Friday, 4pm-midnight - 40 hours per week

Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting FLT Counterbalance drivers to join a thriving warehouse team in Coventry, with full training provided to become a V10 High Level Order Picker.

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck for loading, unloading, and general stock movement.
• Using RF scanners to track goods and maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensuring warehouse safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Supporting the team with general warehousing tasks when not on the truck.

• A valid FLT Counterbalance licence or in‑house licence accepted.
• Previous FLT Counterbalance experience and recent work on a FLT Counterbalance truck.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety‑first attitude.
• Willingness to be trained as a V10 High Level Order Picker.
• A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a team spirit.
• Flexibility to work in a role that combines physical warehouse work with FLT driving.
