Every single person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell, and by joining us you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.
As a Senior Care Assistant you will plan and implement care that gives our residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will learn our residents and their families, helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care plans. QualificationsIdeally, you have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and are prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with a background in person‑centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. You should bring brilliant positive energy, natural ability to get along with people, good record‑keeping skills, and effective time‑management.
About HC‑OneAt HC‑One, kindness is more than a word; it is a belief that caring for people means caring about what matters most to them to support them to lead their best possible life.
