Land Manager, West Midlands

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying, sourcing and securing land opportunities across the target regions
• Driving land acquisition strategy to support business growth and delivery targets
• Leading negotiations with landowners, agents and stakeholders
• Supporting investment decisions through robust site appraisal and commercial insight
• Managing risk and opportunity throughout the acquisition process
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful site progression

Required background:

• Proven experience in a Land Manager or Land Buyer role
• Demonstrable track record of land acquisition and deal negotiations
• Experience working with Social Housing providers is preferred
