• Monday, Thursday & Friday: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
• Flexibility required to cover holidays when needed

Contract: Part-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a friendly, approachable, and professional Receptionist to join our Southport office team on a part‑time basis. As the first point of contact, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for visitors, clients, and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, supporting meeting room bookings, and ensuring reception areas are well presented. You’ll also provide general administrative and hospitality support, helping the office run smoothly in a busy yet supportive environment.

Previous experience is flexible, as full training will be provided. A driving licence is required, as there may be very occasional cover needed at other offices, although this will not be a regular requirement.

• Friendly, professional, and confident dealing with people face to face and over the phone
• Comfortable working in a front‑of‑house role as the first point of contact
• Well organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident using IT systems, including email and basic office software
• Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to support holiday cover where required
• Calm, approachable, and professional, even in a busy office environment
